What parents ask us most

Because your child's safety comes first, through our 5 Layers of Protection: a trained and verified Mama's Ride Captain, digital identity verification before pickup, live journey monitoring with an in-car live feed camera, a secure drop-off with PIN and GPS confirmation, and continuous quality and safety monitoring after every trip. We're not offering transportation, we're offering peace of mind.

A trained female captain, identity and background checked, who completes child-safeguarding training before her first ride.

Every Captain goes through identity, license, and vehicle checks, plus child-safeguarding training, customer service certification, app training, and emergency procedures, before she ever drives your child. And it doesn't stop there: Captains undergo regular drug testing and criminal record checks at set intervals throughout their time with us.

Two reasons. First, your child's classes and training sessions are too important to be left to availability. Scheduling guarantees a dedicated Captain, on time, every time. Second, our Captains are mothers with their own children and responsibilities, so they plan their day in advance too.

Yes. The camera starts with the ride and stops at drop-off, and every time you open it the access is logged.

The control centre follows the ride live, contacts you and the captain immediately, and follows a prepared procedure for each case.

Only guardians you have authorised, and hand-over requires a code from the app.

They can request one, but nothing is dispatched until you approve it from your app.

Because you'll be driving in a safe, women-and-kids-only environment, with no strangers, no unpredictable riders. It's a trusted community built by women, for women and children.
